   Sooo…for someone who has never been pregnant and therefore doesn’t know what a heartbeat of 140 is supposed to indicate, would you mind filling me in?

   I don’t know anything about the heartbeat but for me, the most important thing is that the baby is growing fine.

   It’s an old wive’s tale, the higher heart beats (high 150′s-160′s) indicate a girl and the lower (140′s-low 150′s)indicate a boy. It’s a bit early in the pregnancy but so far…it’s a boy!

   I’m going to go with boy too! What does B think it is? I think the siblings have an intuition about these things.
