I've been making a meatloaf recipe from the AllRecipes site for years. (Before that my girls didn't even know what meatloaf was. :o )

It is this one. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Glazed-Meatloaf-I/Detail.aspx

I put in a cup of breadcrumbs instead of the bread but otherwise leave the recipe alone. It is awesome!

We liven up our meatloaf by adding diced green and red peppers. sometimes make it more healthy by doing ground turkey also. We use a recipe we found in a "health" cookbook and we've made it our staple meatloaf recipe.
